Что остаётся на телефоне

Набор текста, автоисправление, подсказки, предсказание слов, свайп, поиск эмодзи и «Мой словарь» работают на iPhone. Клавиатура не записывает то, что вы печатаете, и не ведёт журналов с набранным текстом. Чтобы подсказки были личными, она запоминает на телефоне слова и пары слов, которые вы используете; это можно выключить («Запоминать мои слова») и очистить.

Когда текст уходит в интернет

Только когда вы нажимаете кнопку AI и только после вашего согласия (вкладка «Доступ», а со своим ключом — Настройки → AI). Тогда отправляются: выделенный текст или текст поля (для «Ответить» — скопированное сообщение и ваши заметки), «Обо мне», «Стиль письма», выбранные языки, тип действия и язык текста.

Кто получает текст

С подпиской Auto Answer — наш сервер (Cloudflare Workers), который проверяет подписку и лимит и передаёт запрос в Google Gemini API. Со своим API-ключом — напрямую выбранный вами провайдер (Google, OpenAI или Anthropic) по его условиям. Во время запроса на панели клавиатуры видно «☁︎» и получателя.

Что хранит сервер Auto Answer

Аккаунт: хеш идентификатора Sign in with Apple (имя и e-mail не запрашиваются), служебный идентификатор для покупок, время создания. Сессии входа (только хеши токенов). Согласие (версия и время). Подписка: идентификатор цепочки покупки Apple, статус и даты. Счётчики AI-действий по дням и периодам и расходы проекта — без текста. Текст запросов и ответов в журналы не пишется; готовый ответ хранится зашифрованным до 10 минут, чтобы вернуть его при обрыве связи без повторного списания.

Удаление

«Доступ» → «Удалить аккаунт» завершает вход на всех устройствах и клавиатурах и удаляет согласие, сессии и сохранённые результаты; Apple-токен входа отзывается. Остаются счётчики использованных AI-действий и связь с покупкой Apple — без текста, чтобы удаление не выдавало новый пробный период. Подписка Apple отменяется отдельно в настройках Apple. На телефоне: Настройки → Конфиденциальность → очистка словаря; профиль и стиль — удалите текст в настройках; ключи — кнопка «Удалить».

Пароли, коды и карты

В полях пароля iOS сама включает системную клавиатуру. В полях одноразовых кодов и номеров карт кнопки AI, подсказки, словарь и свайп отключены — такой текст никуда не отправляется и не запоминается. Не отправляйте через AI данные, которые не хотите передавать.

Полный доступ

«Полный доступ» нужен клавиатуре для AI-запросов, для общих настроек с приложением и для звуков клавиш. Без него клавиатура печатает, но кнопки AI не работают.

Чего мы не делаем

Нет рекламы, аналитики, трекинга и продажи данных. Покупки проходят через Apple; данные карты мы не получаем.

Дети

Приложение не предназначено для детей младше 13 лет.

Изменения и контакты

Новая версия политики появится в приложении; для отправки текста по новым условиям мы попросим согласие заново. Вопросы и запросы на удаление данных — support@autoanswer.site.

What stays on your iPhone

Typing, autocorrection, suggestions, next-word prediction, swipe typing, emoji search and "My dictionary" work on the iPhone. The keyboard does not record what you type and keeps no logs of typed text. To personalise suggestions it remembers, on the phone, the words and word pairs you use; you can turn this off ("Remember my words") and clear it.

When text goes online

Only when you tap an AI button, and only after you have agreed (the "Access" tab, or Settings → AI when you use your own API key). Then we send: the selected text or the text of the field (for "Reply" — the copied message and your notes), your "About me" and "Writing style", the languages you chose, the kind of action and the language of the text.

Who receives the text

With the Auto Answer subscription — our server (Cloudflare Workers), which checks the subscription and the limit and passes the request to the Google Gemini API. With your own API key — the provider you chose (Google, OpenAI or Anthropic) directly, under its terms. While a request is running, the keyboard bar shows "☁︎" and the recipient.

What the Auto Answer server stores

Account: a hash of your Sign in with Apple identifier (we do not ask for your name or e-mail), a technical identifier for purchases, the creation time. Sign-in sessions (token hashes only). Consent (version and time). Subscription: the Apple purchase chain identifier, its status and dates. Counters of AI actions per day and period and the project's spending — without any text. Request and response text is not written to logs; a finished answer is kept encrypted for up to 10 minutes so it can be returned after a dropped connection without a second charge.

Deletion

"Access" → "Delete account" signs you out on all devices and keyboards and deletes your consent, sessions and stored results; the Apple sign-in token is revoked. The counters of used AI actions and the link to the Apple purchase remain — without any text — so that deleting an account does not grant a new free trial. The Apple subscription is cancelled separately in Apple's settings. On the phone: Settings → Privacy → clear the dictionary; delete the profile and style text in Settings; keys — the "Delete" button.

Passwords, codes and cards

In password fields iOS switches to the system keyboard itself. In one-time code and card number fields the AI buttons, suggestions, dictionary and swipe typing are off — such text is never sent or remembered. Do not send data through AI that you do not want to share.

Full Access

The keyboard needs "Full Access" for AI requests, for settings shared with the app and for key sounds. Without it the keyboard types, but the AI buttons do not work.

What we do not do

No ads, analytics, tracking or sale of data. Purchases go through Apple; we never receive card details.

Children

The app is not intended for children under 13.

Changes and contact

A new version of this policy will appear in the app; we will ask for your consent again before sending text under new terms. Questions and data deletion requests — support@autoanswer.site.
